Appraisals, by date
Last N days from ByDate feeds, filterable by appraiser. Lists that mix creates and edits are not the source of truth for “what we appraised today.”

VIN deep-dive joins DealerTools books (ACV, RMV, KBB, MMR, recon, channel) with local day supply. Hawaii empty/9999 reads “insufficient local comps.” No invented prices.
